We have the warehouse in Osaka, Japan. You can order or pick up all our products from the Japan warehouse. The Japan warehouse information is as follows:
- Order Forms
We do not have the special order forms. Just e-mail, call, fax or write to us and indicate which products you would like to order.
To order, please call us at 047-199-9267, or e-mail to us at eagnas@nike.eonet.ne.jp. Please provide us your name and address, and let us know how would you like to ship it by air or by ground.
- Minimum Order
We accept small orders, and we do not charge small order processing fee.
- Consumption Tax
The consumption tax is about 5%.
- Method of Payment
We accept bank's check, wire transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. No charge will be made to credit cards until the product ship's. No surcharge for credit cards. Prepaid orders must include the shipping cost. Shipping cost will be quoted at time of order. If you would like use credit card, please provide us with the credit card number and the expiration date of the credit card.
- Price
The prices are in Japanese Yan and are valid for both domestic and export sales. Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Freight
All orders are F.O.B. shipping point. This means the customer pays all shipping costs. The products will be shipped from the Osaka warehouse close to your country. It means that you always pay the lowest shipping cost. We always choose the shipping method most economical for you.
The shipping cost depends on which model of stringing machine and where you are located. Please let us know which model of stringing machine you would like to order. We will calculate the shipping cost for you.
- Returns
Return authorization numbers must be requested before acceptance. Unauthorized returns are refused and returned at customer痴 expense. All returns must be made within 20 days of invoice date. Merchandise returned will be subject to a 15% restocking fee unless defective. We reserve the right to inspect for misuse and to determine whether repair, replacement or adjustment is necessary. Merchandise must be returned in original packing and in resaleable condition.
All products returned must: be 100% complete, contain all original boxes and packing materials, contain all manuals and other accessories. The customer pays all shipping charges. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges back to MAXLINE on returned items. When we receive products back, we inspect them carefully, then immediately credit your charge card or send a refund check.
- Shortage and Damage
Please inspect each shipment upon receipt of merchandise. Note any discrepancies or damage. Call us immediately about any shortages. All claims must be made with our office within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Damage that occurs in transit is the carrier痴 responsibility and claims must be made at once to the carrier by you.
